Our goals are to remove blight, repair and improve upon safety considerations, and install a “world class’ public work of art, all of which, will revitalize the Capitol Stairs making them a beautiful asset for the Heritage District, the downtown and all of Vallejo for generations to come. Please come, and see how you can help us with this Wonderful Project for Vallejo. All are Welcome!

This Event will introduce the Project and the Community Built Method.
The Vallejo Capitol Stairs Mosaic Working Group Committee Members:

Materials and Equipment Procurement BJ Conrad
Volunteer Coordinator Maureen Moore
Each will give a brief description of how volunteers can contribute their time to ensure the completion of the project.
The project members will implement outreach methods to welcome the general public to participate. Civic organizations, professional labor trades, businesses and corporations, plus schools, etc., will all be invited to contribute to the fundraising, volunteerism and in-kind donations that will make this project successful.
Working together we will make this happen.
